The Seventh Annual Peace Conference, themed “Diversity and Peace: Integrating Inquiry and Action” will be held in Rockwell Hall at Buffalo State College on Thursday, October 23. Members of the community are invited to join guest scholars, community leaders, college faculty, and students to hear the conference’s featured guest speaker, Abraham Awolich, one of the "Lost Boys of Sudan" and the co-founder of NESEI, the New Sudan Education Initiative, which will help children in Sudan get an education by building twenty secondary schools.
