Buffalo First is looking for a full-time intern for one year through the WNY Americorp ABLE program. Benefits include a modest living stipend ($11,000), child care, health insurance, student loan forbearance and an educational award. Assist Buffalo First with educating independent businesses and the public about how to build a more local, green and fair economy in the Buffalo area. We achieve this via public events, e-newsletters, electronic and print educational materials and more. Interns may be expected to conduct basic clerical tasks, assist with member and public outreach, and assemble/update educational materials.  Interns will work closely with the organization’s director on all major programs.
